‘inoteca is located at 98 Rivington Street on the corner of Ludlow Street. ‘inoteca has been rated year after year as one of New York City’s preeminent wine bars.

Owned and operated by Jason Denton of ‘ino, ‘inoteca liquori and and corsino, Joe Denton and Chef Eric Kleinman, ‘inoteca features classic regional Italian wine bar cuisine with an extensive selection of Italian wines. Food is served daily from 12pm – 3am Monday through Friday with a supplemental Brunch Menu served Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 4pm.

The main dining room at ‘inoteca is on street level at one of the Lower East Side’s busiest corners with floor to ceiling cast iron framed windows, hardwood floors and outside café tables. The downstairs dining room is an intimate wine cellar with vaulted ceilings and antique farm tables. Modeled after Cantinas that you might find in Italy, you can enjoy a warm and rustic atmosphere surrounded by award winning wines handsomely displayed in our two glass enclosed temperature controlled wine cellars.

The wine list has over 600 selections by the bottle and 25 by the glass or half carafe; representing every wine making region in Italy with page after page of older vintages and varietals not commonly found outside of Italy. Some of the selections are Frappato from Sicily, Lagrein from the Alto Adige and Falanghina from Campania; all of which are accessible and pair well with our chef’s regional cuisine.The menu features selections of seasonal insalati, antipasti, affettati, pane, piatti, fritti and over forty different imported formaggi. Our Chefs go out of their way to use as many different local and organic farmers as possible including produce from Rick Bishop’s Farm, Waygu beef from Heritage Foods or whole suckling pig from Vermont Quality Meats. ‘inoteca strives whenever possible to support its community and those just outside of it that are trying to give back to our world through sustainable agricultural practices.
